Tv on but no signal sign comes up.

Just bought Samsung 7 plugged in and says no signal.Our other tv works,so must need to do something else.

Hi

What input have you got connected for the signal source, HDMI, Co-ax (antenna), AV etc.?

Have you checked that the TV is set to the correct input?

If connected to Co-AX (or antenna input) have you set up the TV to tune in for the available channels? Try the menu option to auto scan for new channels.
