Why is my battery draining

Hi, my battery last nght drained from 72% to 23% without me using it! When i checked battery settings to see why, it said that Android System used 7hours for 'stay awake'. I have checked and stay awake is disabled on my phone so not sure what is happening, any ideas?

Options

probably background apps or things like data or Bluetooth. Go into device manager and clear all unused background apps and turn off Bluetooth !

All apps were cleared and i even had the phone in airplane mode with all wifi bluetooth etc turned off
