System won't power up
Power on light is flashing Orange. Cooling fans also not working but there is a green LED lit on the motherboard.

If the power light is blinking amber, the computer is receiving electrical power, but an internal power problem might exist.
Ensure that the voltage selection switch is set to match the AC power at your location (if applicable).

Thank you for your answer. I did wonder where the amber power LED was getting it's power from but then why are there none of the fans working. I have ordered a new PSU and a new front USB, Audio and Power ON/OFF circuit board. Fingers crossed that installing these will fix the problem. Again thank you for your answer and the link to the Advanced Troubleshooting section of the User Manual.
