Did you remove the ribbon cable, found in [invalid guide link] and if so have you made sure you reattached it correctly?

Do a restore, if that does not work the phone is dead, only Apple can fix it.

you probably broke the home button extension cable when disassembling. It doesn't take much to rip this fragile cable.
Check to see if its ripped. If so you'll need to replace the backlight film (includes 3d touch, and home button extension cable)
