Need to start my Surface book

I have tried the 3 steps of power button for 30secs, the power button and + volume control together and the ctrl, shift and B button .

When I press the power button and + Volume control together, I get the screen that request I restart the computer. I click on that, it starts and shows repairing... and then powers off.

My Surfacebook is powered and the light on the power connector is on.

Power and Volume up does a hard reset. After you do that, just press the power button for a second or two and the Surface should start up. Be patient, it takes about 20 to 30 seconds for the Surface to show up on the screen.
