Why is my headphone jack now giving static noise?

I just replaced the Lightning/Headphone jack/Microphone unit in my iPhone 5s. Before, the Lightning port had a loose connection, now it's working fine again. But now the headphone jack does not really work anymore, it gives static noise and the music I am hearing is only in the background. Did I miss to connect a cable for the ground of the corresponding signal?

Options

Probably a faulty part, it is all on the charging ribbon. Order a replacement, then return the old part.
