Do you know what mode is your iPhone?

You can check it through iTunes.

The phone switches off immediately when unplugging the cable while the apple logo is displayed correct?

Right now it is boot looping while plugged in.

If all these conditions are met then the battery is almost certainly faulty and needs to be replaced.

Otherwise the fault is most likely not the battery and is something else which means I may have to ask more questions to you to find out the most probable causes.

the battery was replaced very recently

If the apple logo turns off immediately after unplugging the lightning (charging) cable then I'm sorry to say the battery is most likely at fault.

Most probable cause: A bad battery unforunately.

A media player by Apple Computer that is used for playing digital music or video files. iTunes is also used to purchase digital music files or subscribe to podcasts through Apple's iTunes Music Store. The iTunes player is also an interface on the iPod and iPhone.

This app can be installed on your computer, and your phone can then be plugged into your computer and it will interface with the app. When the app is installed and your phone is plugged in, hold down the power and home button at the same time and the app should pop up a menu asking you to restore the device you've plugged in.
