Cortana wont fully respond to verbal instructions now.

Before I took my Lumina 635 overseas I could tell Cortana to 'remind me' 'play my music' 'phone call to' 'alarm' and several other commands and she would do them.

After I returned to the US she no longer responds correctly to those commands, she just says 'searching for....'

She still responds to 'text to' but no others.

I did not swap out sim CARDS, I just simply took it overseas and used some features there e.g. alarm, reminders, which I set manually.

I went to the Cricket store but they could not help.

Besides resetting to factory specs, which I believe would erase my contacts and schedule, is there a way to get Cortana back to those original commands ?
