bluetooth not switching on vivoactive hr watch. no option coming.

bluetooth on my watch is not switching on and it just got switched off while removing my watch from charging and now i am not getting option of switching it on as watch tries to connect but fails.

its the issue of bluetooth on watch. i tried reset to factory settings.. a few days back it got fixed but now bluetooth is not coming on. please help. i just brought in it in Dec16,
