No charge no ink

My dymo keeps flashing low battery sign but I just changed the batteries also I have it plugged into the wall charger I believe this is also causing it to not print probably everything works like it should except there is no writing on the labels once they print out.

MAGGIE , You could try another compatible charger as it may be faulty. Clean the battery contacts in machine using a pen with an eraser on he end as it is a little abrasive or a Qtip dampened with 90% Isopropyl Alcohol or better, clean the terminals well and then blow out the dust/debri and change the batteries out for some new good quality batteries and try. In case someone else googles this like I did. I figured it out shortly after. My colleague had inserted a couple of the new batteries the wrong way. Check the direction of the batteries and it should fix this problem.

I had the same problem. I rechecked how I installed the batteries and sure enough 2 of them were put in the wrong way. Corrected this and labels are printing correctly now.

On mine I have checked the batterys a few times but it still won’t print, the machine is brand new but there is no ink, the baterys are new and good
