Does the same optical drive work for each model?
Will all these model numbers UJ-875, UJ-845-C,and UJ-85J replace the optical drive on model A1261 17" 2.5 GHz Macbook Pro?

If
they are the same external dimensions, and connector (SATA) yes. If not, probably not, there's not a lot of maneuver room (as you can see from the tear down).
