turning off by him it self
i just bought my Blu phone new but it keeps turning off when am not using it.and i would have to power it with the charger before it turns on.

Hi,
What is the phone's battery charge level showing when you first have to charge it to turn it on?
Are you letting the battery fully charge before removing the charger?
If so, and it still shuts down reasonably soon after removing the charger, it seems from your description that the battery is failing to hold its charge and maintain the phone on.
As it is new, I suggest that you verify the phone's purchase date on the sales receipt or proof of purchase document, and if it was purchased less than 12 months ago, (there is a 12 month manufacturers warranty on the phone), consult the warranty statement in the documentation that came with the phone as to what to do to make a claim for a warranty repair or replacement.
If you cannot find the warranty information, just search online for Blu 5.0 warranty for your country.
