Naza or ESC or Motors problem?

I have a problem with my Drone i am using "Naza m lite,Simon k 30A ESC,Sunnysky A2212~13 980kv motors,10*4.5 prop, turnigy 9 channel remote control, Z450 frame and 3300mah 3s lipo battery",When ever i power on my Drone and calibrate with GPS or use manually when i start the motors only 2 motors are working and when i throttle at 20% 3 motor working and at 40 % last motors is working when i try to calibrate my motors manually motors are working normally when i connect motor to Naza i am facing problem, And my Drone won't lift off Also?. My 2 motors are clockwise and other 2 are anticlockwise so. How will i know my Naza, ESC or Motors are damage?
