What do you mean by "won't recognize finger commands"? When you touch it nothing happens? The most likely cause is you just forgot to plug in the cable for controlling that. Reopen the tablet and make sure all the cables are connected. If they all are, remove them all, clean the contacts with rubbing alcohol and put them back.

Hope this helps and good luck fixing!

Hi @cam2363 ,

I suggest that IPA 90%+ (Isopropyl Alcohol) is better to use than 'rubbing' alcohol.

Rubbing Alcohol is usually only IPA 70% (or less, check the label when you buy) with the rest being made up of water and possibly scents as well. Also some rubbing alcohols are actually de-natured ethyl alcohol which is based on ethanol (again, check the label)

Whilst it is OK to use it, if it is IPA, IPA 90%+ (available at most pharmacies) is preferable as it is purer and thus more effective. ;-)
