Why can't I sync with my computer?

I'm trying to sync photos and music FROM my computer to my new Blu Studio X8 HD smartphone using the charging/sync cable provided with the phone but the computer is not recognizing the phone's

usb device. What can I do?

Hi,

You need to install the appropriate USB drivers in the PC for your phone, so that the PC will be able to 'recognize' it when you plug the phone in.

Here is a link to download the USB drivers for a Blu X8 HD. It also shows you what to do.
