Why am I getting the circle all the time

I will be using I tunes and the circle will appear and stays on the screen. I will eventually have to restart all the time. I have just had a new memory and hard drive installed.

Options

-sign into iTunes

- iTunes is probably just loading,

- if your problem persists, contact apple support
