After spilled peppermint liquor the backlight from display doesnt work

hey , i´ve problem after a party on a boat club (i´m dj) someone spilled peppermint liquor into my mac it runs all is functionality only 1 usb port and the back light of display doesn't work !

what can i do

ok i will try it and let you know what´s happend after cleaning the logicboard

Well

I hope that you cleaned and dried the MacBook for at least 72hrs before applying power.

Cleaning the logic board top and bottom (soft brush, contact cleaner &99% iso-alcohol) MAY still revive some of the functionality if there's no obvious burn or scorch marks on the logic board.

Otherwise you'll have to

  1. live with it as is you can add a usb port expander (self-powered is best but a PIA with a laptop)
  2. replace the logic board
  3. part out the machine
