Galaxy Note 5 Wi-Fi and Bluetooth not working

My Samsung Galaxy Note 5 has problem with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. Neither of them turns ON

I reset the device and didn’t work

The symptoms are: the Wi-Fi slide is OFF and grey, when sliding it to ON position it displays message “Wi-Fi Turning ON…” for few minutes and then it goes back to OFF; the same is with Bluetooth slide. I opened it to see if any wires were loose. All seems normal and all other functions of the device work fine.

Is it possible that the Wifi-Bluetooth modules are fried?

It looks like they are part of the mainboard. Can you suggest a diagnostic tools to determine if it’s in fact a hardware problem so I may start chasing the replacement part?

I think the microchip of wifi/bluetooth should replace it

I accidentally dropped my Samsung Galaxy Note 5 and then the wifi and Bluetooth won't turn on anymore. What seems to be the problem? Can this be fixed?

Does the phone have the latest update installed?

Also, did this just start happening or has it been doing this for a while?
