My puppy got hold of my new Alcatel Onetouch 20.45 phone that I'd had for only 4 days & has cracked the screen where can I get a replacement screen from or will I need to buy another new phone?

asmith515 , From my search for parts on this model came up Nil on screen. what you could do since the phone is only 4 days old is contact Alcatel (link below)and plead your case, from some forums I have read is that Alcatel is pretty good to deal with, they also have a hotline repair center at the same link. If no go then you can maybe list your phone on Ebay,Amazon,etc for sale for parts and recoup some money for new phone. Good luck.
