@clb0414 the F28 error is a motor control error and it is possible that a connection on the motor control is loose. Try and unplug the washer for at least 30 seconds and see if the problem goes away. If not then unplug the washer and remove the lower access panel. Check the connections on the motor control. For more on this error you want to check i'm getting a f28 error code No reason to copy it on here.
