Does this disk speed test look good?
Does this look about maxed out? Is this a good reading test?

I was told that this is at half speed.

If your drive is SATA III, then that's about as fast as it gets. The maximum theoretical transfer speed of SATA III is about 750 MB/s. The real max is around 570 MB/s. If the drive is M.2 or PCI-e, you should expect better speeds. Anyway, your SSD is fast with little room for improvement.

Compare the read and write speeds you are getting to the specification of the drive. If you are getting around the same figure, it is working how it should.
"Good" and "fast" are subjective. If it is working how it should, and you are happy with it, what difference does it make?

Read write is 520/520 according to Samsung (may be slightly less due to system configuration)
@col117 that's fine, it is not far off that, results do vary. Regarding the geekbench score, it is around the same score as the other MacBooks of the same year and model. It's just a number, if it can do what you need it to do, at the speed you need it to operate, it doesn't really matter.
Ya it works pretty good with ableton live software and I needed the mobility
