Hi
When using my PS4 I'm getting Static snow constantly.
Tried different TVs, hdmi, and power leads to no avail. It's still ok to use just very annoying. Any help greatly appreciated

This is totally the fix I needed. Thank you. I have a TCL and it worked just the same. I had moved TVs from upstairs to downstairs.

Made an account to say thank you, my hdmi cord was messed up apparently. Cheapest thing That could have possibly gone wrong!
I tried it and it worked for a little bit but when I am watching a movie snow still comes in and out while playing what do you think I should do about it

If you go into video settings on your ps4 and set the resolution to 1080i you will no longer get the static! I just had the same issue

Yes thank you so much for the help unplugging tv for 10 seconds and adjusting video output setting to 1080i solved the white static issue
Worked to solve issue on PS5 as well.

This started happening a few days ago and I don’t know what to do i get like a white fuzzy screen everytime and idk what to do I need help

Shoot some canned air in the HDMI ports of the TV and PS4, clearing out any debris. Make sure the cables themselves are clean as well.
If the problem persists, try isolating the HDMI cables from any other cables or electronics. It could be you are getting some EMI interference causing the snow (kind of how speakers get static when your cell phone rings).

This is caused by incorrect video setting in your PS4 and also if your settings on PS4 are too high for the TV you have plugged it too. Change the video setting in PS4 until the picture is clear.

so I have this problem ONLY with call of duty modern warfare (war zone) I’ve changed the resolution, changed out hdmi cords and even sprayed into the ports! This ONLY occurs with call of duty modern warded (war zone) please help

I’ve turned off my hdr and deep color output on my PS4 and even changed resolution on my PS4 to 720p, 1080i and 1080p nothing has worked.
The only thing you can do is play around with the resolution until you get one that's clear. I had the same problem on the same game. It now runs fine after changing resolution.

How do you get to the resolution I can’t find it all I see is “video playback settings”
But I have a 4K LG tv.

same it’s the same problem for me and it won’t cover the screen
Sadly nothing helps it seems like on hard surface it happens and cleaning it made it worse
