So I had a problem with my iPhone with it glitching so I fixed the problem with it but then the screen just turned off by itself and I believe it fried up the battery I would like to know since I didn't turn off my screen while fixing it if it affected the battery?

If the battery was still connected it could be jacked up

What do you mean by jacked up?
Burnt out the battery. Does the phone screen turn on when you plug it in to charge? If so then your battery is toast
