tv will not off

My UN60FH6003FXZA is power cycling I replaced the power supply board and it is still doing it. The only way to turn off the tv is unplug it.

Hi, Don't know the tv but have you taken the batteries out of the remote control just in case it is a sticking power button in the remote?

Also is the TV power button strip connected via a ribbon cable at all? Turn off the power and then disconnect the power button 'strip' to see if a sticking button is the cause of the problem.
