I have an Aspire 3610 and when I turn it on it says no OS found. How can I install Windows 7 Ultimate on to the hard drive, or do I need to put another hard drive(which I have) into it???

you can create a USB boot disk using a piece of software called RUFUS. You will need a windows 7 iso which can be found online. Another way is to buy a disk copy of windows 7 and install it from there. You may need to go into the BIOS settings and change the boot priority to CD/DVD or USB depending on installation method (since theres no OS at the moment, it shouldnt matter)

Did the pc used to run an os? If so, this may suggest hard drive failure.
