Hi,

You need to clean the scroll wheel of dust and debris.

Unfortunately I cannot find a video which shows how to open your particular mouse.

There are plenty of YouTube videos showing how to open and clean a wireless mouse to give an idea of what to do. Just search for wireless mouse clean scroll wheel.

They are all mostly all the same to open.

Remove the battery before you start to open the mouse,

There are usually one or two screws on the underside of the mouse (they may be hidden under the footpads or are in the battery compartment if they are not obvious on the base of the mouse). Once undone the mouse case should be easily removed, to gain access to the internal components. It may be clipped on by plastic lugs if it doesn't move easily once the screws are removed, so take you time when trying to remove the case. Do not force it and break something.
