I have a new Ematic Genesis Prime XL. I charged it overnight, but it won't turn on.
What can I do?

leking , Try holding the power button on for a while to see if powers on. If you are experiencing trouble with a new tablet already, probably best to return it for repair/replacement/refund. You can also contact Ematic at the link below for more info. Good luck.
