I'm guessing long screw damage after putting a longer screw than required on one of the few screws that screw onto the metal plate to the logic board for the screen connectors.

But how to fix it ?

A regular person can't fix it. I'm afraid you will have to take it to someone that does microsoldering on iPhones.
