lg D851 phone is not turning on
my lg D851 phone automatically switched off and it is not turning on even after putting it on charging...

rbatool1 I would definitely recommend that you ensure that your hardware is working properly. You cannot update the firmware (new software)if your phone does not come on. Start off with a new battery. Just because you are charging your phone, does not mean it is actually charging the battery.
