The serial number you entered is not eligible under this program because either: - It's not one of the serial numbers in the affected range OR - Our records show that your battery has already been replaced. If you paid for a battery replacement service, check with Apple to see if you are eligible for a refund.

My phone is not turn suddenly down . I've changed battery with a new one witch is better than the original one but still drain fast .. I don't think the battery is the issue

Example: I charge my phone 100 % after 10 hours without touching the phone I have like 30% +- battery left

I don't really understand what you mean but I only have bluetooth off on my 6S.

Have you tried restoring the phone?

Where did you get the battery from?

There are many batteries out there that are bad aftermarket quality and refurbished batteries (batteries that have been repackaged and the gas gauge board being replaced meaning that these refurbished batteries are really 60-80% battery life instead of brand new 100%).
