Why wont my ps4 turn on?

I opened up my ps4 for the first time to clean the dust and was careful doing so, when I put it back together it turned on as normal and after a few seconds shut off. I tried turning on and still the same result so I looked online and a lot of posts suggested a replacement power supply so I ordered one, fitted it and my ps4 wouldn't even turn on any help would be appreciated, thanks!
