Why doesn't my phone ring?
When someone calls. My phone doesn't ring, it automatically answers.

Hi,
When you say that it automatically answers, do you mean that it goes straight to your voicemail service?
If so, open the Call (or phone) app and then tap the Settings icon (3 vertical dots).
Scroll to find the Call Barring entry and tap to enter . Scroll to find All incoming calls and ensure that is set to disabled.
