Ubiquiti Networks Edge OS 1.9 is not designed to be used on a system as a parallel running OS. So I don't understand why you tried. Its designed as a router management OS as a dedicated system (merely using the Mac hardware not MacOS at all).

Scratch your drive and re-install MacOS from the recovery partition if you want to use it. If you want Linux as a dual boot use the correct build. You don't need to use BootCamp at all for it to be stable (follow the Linux guides). I would only use MS Windows under BootCamp.

Lastly, forget about MacOS altogether if you want to use the system for a Router management system using Edge OS.

Restart the computer while holding down Option.

You should be able to choose which to start up with.

Once in OS X, go to Settings --> Start Up Disk, and choose which you want the computer to start up with by default.
