No.
No, each phone from each brand needs its own replacement parts.
For example, iPhone 4 don't work with iPhone 5, Samsung Galaxy S5 don't work with S6, etc.

No. It's not like PC which is built to an open standard, every part is built using incompatible standards, or even completely custom.

This can be a bit confusing as Samsung makes some of the discreet parts Apple use in their systems & phones.
If your question is can I make a frankenstein phone taking the display assembly of a Samsung Galaxy S6 phone to fit into a iPhone the answer is NO!
