my laptop had a pretty bad fall. it was working fine until i dropped it. when i open my laptop to use it, i realize that it says there is no airport card installed! i mean, my airport and everything was fine until i dropped it. what do i do? is the airport card loose? i tried opening up the battery but some weird stuff happened and i'm afraid to open it again. WHAT TO DO!!

probably knocked the card out of the slot and just need to reseat it, if you do not have the DIY skills to follow the appropriate guide, find someone who does (an electronics/computer repair) shop.
With a machine this old no need to stick with Apple repair.
