my iphone 5s restarts several times while using , i replace battery but problem not solved yet , what to do, is problem is with logic board, any solution .

Where did you buy your battery?
Unfortunately, there are many poor quality batteries in the market these days so it is possible you have a defective replacement battery. iFixit sells good quality batteries.
So the first thing to try is another, preferably known-good battery. If that doesn't solve your problem, then you may have a charging circuit problem on the logic board. This can be caused by drops or impacts as well as using non genuine charging bricks which can send electrical spikes on to the phone. This will require a micro-soldering repair.
