Replaced battery now external speaker not working

I replaced my iphone 3gs battery and now I cannot use the speaker phone, listen to itunes or listen to movies without headphones. Anyone know which part I probably didn't hook back up correctly?

Options

connector 4 is for dock/speaker, if reseating/cleaning it doesn't work you may have to replace dock.
