Hi,
Here is a link to the service manual for the laptop.
Scroll from the bottom of p.36 onwards to see the necessary pre requisites and then the procedure to remove the fan. Reverse the procedure to install the fan

Here is the part number for the fan (incl. cable) 768021-001. If you search online using just the part number, nothing else, you will get results for suppliers of the part.
