Why do my windows drop into my door with every bump?

It seams as though every time I hit a bump, my rear two windows drop further and further into the door. The window switch to raise the windows make a sound as if they are working but the windows don't seem to catch and raise up. Once parked, I have to use my hand to press against the window and raise it up myself. Besides using cork screws to hold my windows in the closed position, how can I fix this issue?

@drocker127 , Dineen , The window regulators/tracks/cable that raise and lower the window off the power window motor have broken and probably need replacing. There was some what of a design flaw in these parts, making them weak, which I believe may now be improved. See links below to see regulator replacement video. The new part can be found at any automotive supply shop, try a few to get better pricing or try ordering online after doing a search on line from a reputable site. If not comfortable doing repair, have a good Tech. have a look and estimate repair. Good luck.
