Top speaker buzzing after screen replaced

I see in this forum that some people did manage to get their top speaker to stop buzzing when the volume was higher than mid range. There were comments that the adhesive was heated to remove parts during the screen replacement steps. My phone had a screen replacement and the top speaker buzzes now. The tech replaced the top speaker but it didn't fix the problem. He also suspected it was adhesive related. For those of you who have managed to fix this problem, what steps did you take with the adhesive? Is it both sides of the speaker that now need more or better adhesive? If you replaced or put on more adhesive, what brand/type did you use?

I am not really willing to just dump this phone, but would really like to fix the speaker. I hate to be only able to hear from my device by using the loudspeaker or ear buds.

HELP.

I would use at least the same amount of adhesive that was originally on the speaker.

Tesa 61395 double sided tape rectangle border around the speaker.

Put double the thickness if it isn't enough.
