Hello guys. I bought a new tablet. It is two together and it is domestic brand. It's name is Casper Nirvana 240. I used it a week. When I wanted to charge it this morning, I connected the cable, but it was not charged. How can I fix it before going to the help center?

The problem was for charge cable. Some mini cables cut. They gave me new charge cable :)

Hi @onurturali ,
Do not know your tablet but have you tried, if possible, different compatible charger, different charger cable, connecting to USB port of computer to see if it charges, (if it can charge this way)?

I tried differet sockets to charge but it didn't work. I have an usb cable but the part for the computer is too big. When I open battery status from taskbar, I see that;
Battery 1: 0% and in use
Battery 2: 7% and in use
What it means. Is it the problem?

I don't know.
Take it back as it is only new and get them to try a new charger and see if it is different.

What is the power soure is it 1.1A or 2.2A
