Battery not holding charging

I have changed the battery with a battery from ifixit. Battery charging but not holding a charge. Battery will last only an hour with just Safari running.

Heat fan runs continuously.

I have reset the SMC and the PRAM to no effect.

Might be a defective battery. As it's new just contact the seller..
