Probable causes:
- Disconnected or missing antenna cable from logic board to antenna board
- IMEI blocked / barred phone.

More details are needed to properly answer your question. Have you ever taken the phone apart? If so, did the issue arise immediately after putting it back together? Does your phone still connect to WiFi, or is cellular connectivity the only issue?
