How to fix it i dont know how to fix it and what happened to it stuck in preparing automatic repair im tried for spinning money on it this the 6 time something happens to it

Danielle Boulerisse , I bet you are frustrated, I will suggest some things, no guarantee,s. If device is under warranty, consider using warranty to have checked our and repaired.
Try a hard reset, remove the battery and charger, press and hold the power button 20-30 secs. Re insert battery, turn the laptop on and repeatably tap on F8 until it shows the advanced boot option menu. Pick last known good configuration and press enter. You may need to use keyboard arrow if mouse not working on that screen.
If still not working you may have to factory reset, press Alt & F10 before the Acer emblem appears ((note you will loose all data)). Watch/read through all the links below for more info. on this problem.Good luck.
