On my Kindle Keyboard I can't I navigate downwards?

On the navigation button, the down arrow won't work, I can move in all other directions.

lindalovick , I do not own this device, so I did a search of your problem. Forums suggested to try a reset. Ensure the device is charged.

Try this 1st, Click Menu, Settings, Menu again, Restart. Try a couple times. No go, try below reset.

Then this 2nd, with no cable attached, hold the power slider for 20 seconds, the Kindle will turn off, continue to hold for the 20 second count and then release. Turn the Kindle back on and allow it to boot up completely,

don't touch any buttons until the home page is fully rebooted.
