Computer won't turn on but is getting power

My iMac G5 A1145 is not turning on. It was working great until recently when I unplugged it for a few days. I plugged it in to turn it back on and nothing happened. I pulled out the right speaker to see the 4 LED lights. The first one is on, but the other 3 are not. Whenever I press the power button nothing happens. Has anyone had this issue or know what could be causing the problem?
