I need to replace the charging port. is it possible

It is repairable, however it does involve some micro-soldering.

If you don't have experience replacing parts on logic boards then I wouldn't make this your first foray into it. My suggestion is to find a local technician who does logic board rework and ask if he'd be willing to do it. Then you'd likely have to order the part for him as you aren't likely to find someone who has this part in stock.
