Audio feedback occuring only on the driver side

A number of years ago, I had Polk Audio MM6501 speakers installed. A few days ago, all of a sudden alot of feedback is been coming through only the driver side speaker. So to troubleshoot, I tested the crossover (small black box) and speaker from the passenger side on the driver side just to see if maybe the driver side speaker/tweeter/box have a problem. The issue still persisted and in switching the driver side speaker to the other side, it worked fine so I know its not the speakers. I am thinking something happened with the wiring. Prior to turning on the car, in the accessory position, there is a constant noise then when turning the car on, there is the constant whine+noise. Here is a video of the sound. Im not sure what I can do at this point (aside from going to the audio shop) but I would like to see if its something I can fix. Any help/advice would be much appreciated!
