Water leak below machine in the back/corners and not draining well
I have an HE3 and have a water leak under the machine (not inside), (its 13yrs old) at first i thought it was in the front corners but I believe its mostly in the back. I removed the drain pump and cleaned it (it was clean) and ran the diagnostic cycle while the front panel was open to see if there were any leaks i could see while it ran.
I was so pleased to see there were no leaks other than possible in the front corners a rubber stick that moves up and down as machine spins . Happy to see no leaks after cycle is over, I walk away come back and there is a big puddle of water mostly under the machine on the back of it. THERE is NO water inside on the open area. I know the PUMP was replaced maybe 2-3 yrs ago.. HELP its not draining well in drain cycle and I have water on floor! and no error codes! THANKS :)
Is this a good question?

Hi,
What is the model number of your washing machine?
Also just verifying that the inlet hose connections OK?

Kenmore He3t . is the inlet hose conection attached to the back of the machine? there is no leak there either. at least no water seen coming down the back but maybe because back cover is there? machine is below dryer fyl. I just re-ran the test run no leaks seen inside, no water drip from back of machine. this time there was no water under it. kind of weird seems that water appears after cycle is over?! thanks in advance
