Notification and navigation lights showing only

I accidentally dropped my phone. The screen is not cracked. I can hear it working and even my alarms go off on time. I can see the lights for the notifications like normal as well as the navigation button lights at the bottom, but the screen itself I cannot see. I have tried taking out the battery and then hitting the up key, home key, and power key for a couple of minutes and was able to get a brief flicker on the screen, but that's it.

Screen needs to be replaced. It's normal for a Samsung screen to stop working from a drop even without visible cracks inside the display.
